Brunch is one of the singularly most popular weekend past times in Hong Kong for a good reason: the workweek is over and you can finally sit back and relax around a table with good friends, food, and drinks. Most restaurants in the city offer a range of brunch options for diners on the weekend, but we have fallen head-over-heels with one in particular: Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen. Ladies and gentleman, trust us when we say that heading to Bread Street Kitchen’s is going to be the best decision you’ll make all weekend.
Zuma is a well-known restaurant chain found in various large cities throughout the world, so it’s no surprise that Zuma hosts one of the most popular Sunday brunches in Hong Kong. Thankfully, starting November 14, Zuma is launching their Saturday Sessions; a different take on their Sunday brunch with an emphasis on cocktails and sharing platters. Only $450 HKD for 2.5 hours, where you can sip on an array of drinks and eat a satisfying amount of Japanese food while listening to Zuma’s in-house DJ spin some awesome beats.
A weekend in Hong Kong just wouldn’t be a weekend if you didn’t choose to gorge yourself during one of the days. Thankfully, there’s no shortage of breakfast, brunch, or lunch options in Hong Kong. However, if you’re in the mood to take your weekend eating to a whole other level, the W Hotel Buffet at the Kitchen restaurant is where you ought to go. Not only is the restaurant itself refreshingly spacious with its large seating area and views over the harbour, but the plethora of food on offer might be slightly overwhelming for those who lack serious self-control when it comes to food (AKA me).
